Reseller Program Questions & Answers
Do client sites work with .htaccess and custom PHP versions?
Mostly. OpenLiteSpeed reads common .htaccess rewrite rules, so WordPress, Joomla, and Laravel run unchanged; a few Apache-only directives are not supported. Clients can choose their PHP version, turn on Redis, run Node.js apps, and enable ionCube in the panel.
Can I deploy my website from GitHub?
Yes, on every plan. Connect your GitHub account in the control panel, choose a public or private repository and a branch or tag, and deploy it to a live or staging site, by hand or automatically on every push. An optional build command runs first, and the live site switches over only when the deploy succeeds. GitHub Deploy works with PHP, Node.js, Laravel, and static sites; sites created with the one-click WordPress installer are managed with the WordPress tools instead. See Deploy a website from GitHub.
Will my clients know I use Sheernox?
No. Clients see your brand, panel address, and nameservers. You bill them through your own billing system, so invoices and billing emails come from your business.
Can I set my own package limits and prices?
Yes. Create your own packages, set your own prices and promotions in your billing system, and keep all the revenue from your clients.
What support do you provide?
We support you, and you support your clients. We handle the servers, network, platform, and backups, with phone and ticket support 24/7.
Do you help migrate my existing clients?
Yes, free on every reseller plan. We help move accounts from cPanel or Plesk in batches and switch them over at times that suit you and your clients.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Reseller hosting can be refunded within 30 days of your initial order. Renewals are not refundable. Full terms are at legal.sheernox.com.
