Where do you offer on-site IT and repair services?

We work on-site in Kamloops and across the Thompson-Okanagan. Visits within Kamloops have no travel charge; travel beyond the city is billed per kilometre, as shown on our service area map.

How does your hourly billing work?

Each hourly service has its own rate, shown on its page: IT Consulting, Ubiquiti Professional Services, and Custom PC & Server Services. Work is billed in 30-minute increments, and every invoice lists the time spent and what we did. Managed AI, Storage & Backup, and DNS & Content Delivery services are scoped and quoted per engagement.
