Do I own the website and source code?
Yes. Once the project is paid in full, you own all custom design work, graphics, and source code, with no licensing fees or lock-in.
Can our team edit the site after launch?
Yes. Every site comes with a way for your team to edit content, plus a training session and notes on updating pages, images, or products.
Do you also handle hosting and domains?
Yes. We can register your domain and host the site on our own servers, with daily backups and free SSL. Add a Website Care plan for updates and monitoring.
How long does a web design project take?
Starter Launch projects usually take 7 to 10 days, Growth & Business 2 to 3 weeks, and Commerce & Storefront 3 to 4 weeks. Custom projects follow agreed milestones, usually 4 to 6 weeks or more.
What are your payment terms?
Fixed-price projects are usually billed 50% at kickoff and 50% at sign-off before launch. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Interac e-Transfer.
